Property plans for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key identifying distinct sections of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
